Ann is an associate attorney with YLSLG and focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, including eminent domain or condemnation. Prior to joining the YLSLG team, Ann worked in the areas of probate and family law. Before becoming an attorney, Ann had a long and successful career as a mental health counselor at the Indiana University Health Center in Bloomington, Indiana. Ann brings over twenty-five years of experience counseling clients to her legal work.

In 2021, Ann earned her law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. While attending law school, Ann was a Student Bar Association Representative, Dean’s Tutorial Scholar, Associate Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and active member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.

In 1992, Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, with Honors in English Literature along with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994.

In her spare time, Ann enjoys spending time with her two adult children. She is an avid gardener and reader, enjoys trail hiking, practices yoga, runs and plays pickleball.
