Yasmin L. Stump to Speak at National Business Institute’s Boundary Issues and Easement Law Seminar

Yasmin L. Stump Law Group, PC (YLSLG) president and founder Yasmin L. Stump will present at the National Business Institute’s “Boundary Issues and Easement Law” seminar on December 3, 2019 starting at 9:00 AM at the Embassy Suites Indianapolis North in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The purpose of this seminar is to provide basic-to-intermediate level education to empower attendees to represent clients in boundary disputes and work through common easement issues from creation to termination. It will include content on differences in easement types, how to draft easements, master the boundary dispute litigation process, quiet title, water rights, air rights, conservation easements, quiet title, and more. The course includes 6 hours in CLE, including 1 hour in Ethics, 6 hours AICP, 6 hours Indiana Insurance, 0.6 hours IACET, and 7 hours Indiana Surveyor.

Yasmin has practiced real estate law in Indiana for 30 years, 20 of them in private practice at the firm she founded. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate litigation including eminent domain, land acquisition, and real estate transactions. Yasmin has handled thousands of real estate and eminent domain cases, as well as being involved in appellate cases. Yasmin has also lectured at numerous seminars on real estate law and has authored several articles on these subjects.
