IRWA Chapter 10 Eminent Domain/Condemnation Program to be Held October 25, 2019
Yasmin L. Stump, Yasmin L. Stump Law Group, PC (YLSLG) President and current International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 10 Vice President, has organized the all-day Eminent Domain/Condemnation Program on October 25, 2019. This program will be a great opportunity to complete continuing education credits for a variety of real estate professionals, hear presentations by seasoned right-of-way professionals on numerous topics related to the eminent domain and condemnation process and network with other industry professionals. The IRWA Chapter 10 Eminent Domain/Condemnation Program will be held at the CRG Event Center, located at 2499 Perry Crossing Way, Suite 205 in Plainfield, Indiana. This program will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a networking reception to follow from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Stoney Creek, also in Plainfield. Complementary appetizers and drink tickets will be provided to all who attend. Reservations for the Eminent Domain/Condemnation Program are due by October 11th, and registration is $75.00 per person. Accreditation for program attendance includes:
6.5 hours of Recertification credits for IRWA
6 hours of Continuing Education credits for Real Estate Brokers
5.7 hours of Legal Continuing Education credits
6.5 hours of Continuing Education credits for Engineers
6.5 hours of Continuing Education credits for Surveyors (in accordance with Indiana Statute and Administrative Code)
6.5 hours of Continuing Education credits for Title Insurance
